Congressman Walter Tucker represented California’s 37th Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives from 1993 to 1995 (103rd-104th Congresses). Tucker served on the Public Works and Transportation (later renamed Transportation and Infrastructure) and Small Business committees. Before Congress, Tucker was deputy district attorney in Los Angeles and later a criminal defense attorney. He graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in Political Science and earned his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center.
