Jasmine Crockett

Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett represents the 30th Congressional District of Texas in the 118th U.S. House of Representatives. Crockett serves as freshman leadership representative on the House Committee on Oversight and Accountability and the House Committee on Agriculture. Before Congress, she served as a public defender, civil rights attorney, and state representative in Texas. In addition to serving as Bowie County Democratic Party Chair, she also held various leadership positions within the legal community and is a former Dallas County Metrocare Services board member. Crockett earned her B.A. in Business Administration from Rhodes College and her J.D. from the University of Houston.
