Congressman Antonio Delgado represented New York’s 19th Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives from 2019 to 2022 (116th-117th Congresses). Delgado received the Chamber of Commerce Spirit of Enterprise Award and the Jefferson-Hamilton Award for his bipartisan legislative work early in his tenure. He served as chairman of the Agriculture Subcommittee on Commodity Exchanges, Energy, and Credit and as a member of the Small Business Committee and Transportation and Infrastructure Committee. Before Congress, Delgado had a career in the music industry focused on empowering young people through Hip Hop culture and worked as an attorney in the complex commercial space. He dedicated significant time to pro bono work with criminal justice reform. Delgado earned a Rhodes Scholarship while at Colgate University and graduated from Harvard Law School.
